Camera Builds

This build I just completed. 2010-12-18 It is a new Sony H55 14 megapixel camera in a 1060 case. I am using a custom chip on the YETI control board. I currently have a 8gb sd card in the camera and it will take up to 32gb. With the external batteries, this camera will be able to stay out a long time. With the 8gb memory card I have 1303 pics that can be taken.

A friend of mine in Wa. BobR built the case for this set up. He did an outstanding job on it. He also did a tutorial on the camera hack which can be found here at Outdoor-talk.com. A place where I hang out a lot.

This build was just completed by me. It is  Sony p52 converted to IR. I am using the Yeti control board for the camera. There is a hacked Vivitar 2800 flash unit also inside for extra flash at night. BigFoot flash control board for the slave flash. HPWA (high performance wide angle) lens. Custom 3d camo all in a large Walmart box.

This is a Sony p32, BF control board, 4 D's for external power, HPWA and a pipe through for security.

This is a DXG 567v digital HD video recorder. This will take color video during the day and IR video at night. I am using the BF control board, BF IR array, kit 98 amplified microphone. One very nice build. I hope to have some video from this unit soon.

This next build is a one of a kind build. It is a p52 in a large Walmart box. Controlling the camera is a BF Trailmaster controller. The camera is converted to IR and not using the day/night exchanger, There is a slave flash that has been modified with more flash caps and flash tube. This build was a experiment to see if it could be done. So far, so good.
